Electric Cow – Symbol of the Silesian University of Technology
At the special request of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology, we prepared a full-size cow figure, which has become an unusual but highly recognizable symbol of the faculty. Placed in front of its building, the figure combines academic identity with humor and a creative form of promotion.

The cow was made of durable fiberglass laminate, which ensures its resistance to weather conditions and longevity even when displayed outdoors.

Design:

Instead of traditional coloring, the figure was covered with a hand-painted design imitating vintage editions of technical industry magazines – including “Przegląd Elektrotechniczny.” Texts, charts, and mathematical formulas form a unique composition that combines the humorous character of the cow with the seriousness of science.
